Lessons on how to play.
Before you begin here, you need to have finished at least 2 of the Bergsma books and probably 2 of the workbooks. Otherwise it might be hard to follow this.

Beginner
1. Combinations ​​​​
Start by downloading the following pdf and learn the (in)famous combinations. These combinations are named for a reason and you have to know them and recognize them in an instant. You have to know the name as well so you know what we are talking about during conversation about a game. Every shot shows the pattern on how the final shot is executed. There are some variations possible at times and sometimes the shot can be executed on 2 sides of the board. Every shot has 4 examples on how it can present itself in a game. Most of these combinations have endless variations but the final shot will be close to the initial example.
When you have finished these and you understand all of them, then you can move on to the next part which will test you on these combinations. If there are some that you do not find, just come and find me and I will guide you. Do not move on if there are outstanding problems.

The next page will show a number of examples and you need to find the combination from the picture and then recognize the pattern and check the right shot. All of these should be familiar. When you get some wrong, you can retry, however if there are too many you cannot get right that means the pdf file needs to be revisited.

Intermediate
From here onwards things become more complicated. The combinations are deeper and harder to see. This section will be locked to members of my club, or to members that are happy to pay a fee for this as this has taken a lot of time to compile. Let me know when you are interested in continuing this. You can probably find the info on other internet pages as well, so feel free to check around, but I am adding value as it is catered specifically towards player that get beyond the beginners stage by getting most of it in one place and to be studied at this time.

While I have all material ready, this is work in progress to compile all in a format that is acceptable.
